    State police in Meadville are investigating a deadly accident. It happened just after 5:30 Sunday morning on the Mercer Pike, North of Shaffer Road in Union Township. Troopers say 32-year-old Joshua Pipper of Meadville was driving south when he lost control of his car, ran off the road and hit a tree head on. Pipper was not wearing a seatbelt. Investigators say he died on impact.More >>
